Despite regular maintenance, boilers will still malfunction; though maintained boilers do this much less frequently. Heapco will attend breakdowns and repairs on a call out basis. In times of high demand for this service, priority will always be given to vulnerable groups such as the elderly or infirm. For breakdowns and repairs, Heapco charges £50 per hour Heapco does not levy a call-out charge, but will charge for traveling time at the same hourly rate |
