Heapco will install most oil fired domestic boilers to OFTEC standards. These include: Regular boilers; System Boilers; Combination Boilers; Condensing Boilers From April 1st 2002, building regulations have required new boiler installations to be carried out by a competent technician. Heapco is OFTEC registered, and this is accepted by local authority building control as proof of competence. Heapco will also provide commissioning documentation (OFTEC CD/10, CD/11and TI/133) to comply with the regulations, and ensure your boiler’s warranty is valid. Building regulations also require the heating system is brought up to the efficiency requirements of a new system. Heapco will discuss options to achieve this economically and effectively. We will ensure that appropriate equipment installed meets OFCERT standards (the oil firing industry's testing and certification scheme).
